Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. The Zippydodah Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Making a purchase

Browse through our products, select items you wish to purchase and add to shopping basket. Once completed click Checkout and complete a few details to process your order.


Payment can be made online. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed using Stripe, a leading secure online payment provider. Its payment processing systems are compliant with PCI DSS industry security standards.

You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.

Carriage and delivery

Despatch for personal orders will normally be within 3-5 working days and delivered via First Class Mail to UK mainland addresses only (excluding Highlands and Islands) on all products that are in stock. Other UK addresses, please contact us on for a quote. Worldwide orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard Post, which generally takes 3-5 working days to addresses in Europe, and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.

Volume business orders will take longer than personal orders, and you should allow an additional 2-3 weeks once we have received your preferred logo artwork. You can claim free postage on these orders by entering ‘FREEPOST’ at the checkout in the Voucher Code box.

Upon receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch the goods as detailed above. In the unlikely event that your chosen goods are out of stock, no longer available and we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment and advise you by email.

Cancellation prior to despatch

To cancel an order that has been paid for you must contact us by telephone or email before the order is dispatched, or printed in the case of business orders, and we will refund your money.

Cancellation or return of unwanted goods once received

This is available on personal orders only that do not require any printing and will be made at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the goods, less 5% admin charge, once we receive the unwanted goods back and as long as they are in good condition. Please make sure that you package the goods as securely as possible to avoid them being damaged in transit. Faulty goods – personal or business – will be replaced without quibble.

Pricing and availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the website service without notice at any time.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Tax charges

The price is inclusive of any payable VAT in the UK.

Returns policy

If you change your mind or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products (personal orders only) to us for a refund up to the end of 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. We will reimburse you the amount you paid when you bought the Zippydodahs (goods and carriage) but you are responsible for paying the delivery costs to send the goods back to us. The goods should be unused and undamaged and in a saleable condition; if they are not, we will reduce the amount refunded to you. Please make sure your name and address are included in the package. Faulty goods (personal or business orders) will be replaced automatically.

Please obtain proof of return of your goods. We recommend Recorded, Special or Insured Delivery are used, as we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Errors, inaccurancies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Law and territory

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
